摘要
本文介绍了田庄选煤厂浮选尾煤生产现状及生产中存在的问题,阐述了尾煤再选的方法和技术特点,根据该选煤厂浮选尾矿的性质,推荐采用水介质旋流器+三段浮选工艺,具有较好的分选效果,有利于提高精煤回收率,增加企业经济效益。
Based on the current problem of floatation waste coal re-cleaning in Tianzhuang coal preparation plant,waste coal re-cleaning technology was analyzed,hydrocyclone ＋ three-stage flotation technology was applied,with good separating result,Improving the recovery rate of cleaned coal,increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
