摘要
近年来,随着甲醇合成工艺的不断发展,对其工艺操作提出了更高的要求。从甲醇合成工艺流程为出发点,探讨了影响甲醇合成的因素,即操作温度、操作压力、新鲜气氢碳比、惰性气体含量、催化剂性能和空速。提出在甲醇生产中,应克服这些因素的影响,优化生产工艺,提高甲醇的产量和质量。
In recent years,with the continuous development of methanol synthesis technology,higher requirements have been put forward for its process operation.From methanol synthesis process as a starting point,the factors that affect methanol synthesis were discussed,which are the operating temperature,operating pressure,fresh air,hydrogen carbon ratio,inert gas content and catalyst performance and airspeed.It is proposed that the influence of these factors should be overcome in methanol production,the production process should be optimized,and the yield and quality of methanol should be improved.
