摘要 针对制造橡胶产品过程中产生的含有颗粒物和有机废气的工业废气及油烟,设计了一种炼胶废气处理系统。该系统主要由管路收集系统、除尘系统、预处理系统、除臭系统、排放系统、控制系统组成,具有通用性强、运行稳定、便于维修的特点。炼胶废气经该系统处理可达标排放。 A rubber production waste gas treatment system was designed to deal with industrial waste gas and oil smoke containing particulate matter and organic waste gas produced in the manufacturing of rubber products.The system consists of pipeline collection system,dust removal system,pretreatment system deodorization system,emission system and control system with the characteristics of strong universality,stable operation and easy maintenance.The rubber refining waste gas of glue refining can be discharged up to the standard through the treatment of the system.
