摘要
对兰州金川贵金属材料股份有限公司三(三苯基膦)氯化铑、三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯、烯丙基氯化钯二聚体等贵金属均相催化剂生产中及贵金属回收过程中产生含超高浓度NO3-及超高BOD和COD(BOD及COD均>2×105mg/L)的废水,采用物理沉降法和化学分解法相结合的方法进行处理,实验结果表明,采用该工艺进行处理后的废水COD≤120 mg/L、BOD≤150 mg/L能够达标排放。
The waste water containing ultra-high concentration NO3-and ultra-high BOD and COD(their value〉2×10~5 mg/L)was produced in the production of precious metal homogeneous catalysts including rhodium trichloride(triphenyl phosphine),palladium dipalladium tribenzyl acetone,palladium allyl chloride dimer,etc.and in the recovery process of precious metals by Lanzhou Jinchuan Precious Metal Material Corporation,Ltd.The physical sedimentation method and chemical decomposition method were combined to treat the wastewater.The experimental results showed that the treated wastewater could be discharged with COD≤120 mg/L and BOD≤150 mg/L in accordance with the standards.
