厌氧胶对不同金属材质螺纹件的粘接性能研究 被引量:3

Study on the Adhesion Performance of Anaerobic Adhesive on Various Metal Bolts

摘要 为了研究不同材质的金属对厌氧胶固化性能的影响,自制了一种厌氧胶,测试了该厌氧胶在铁、铜、304不锈钢、镀锌螺栓的定位时间和扭矩强度,结果表明:厌氧胶分别在铜、铁、304不锈钢、镀锌螺栓的定位时间为3min、8min、35min、37min,破坏扭矩分别为18.9N·m、28.8N·m、17.8N·m、20.2N·m,平均拆卸扭矩分别为29.4N·m、36.8N·m、24.5N·m、21.9N·m。本研究表明金属铜对厌氧胶固化速度的促进作用最大,铁次之,304不锈钢和镀锌最小;厌氧胶在铁螺栓上可获得最大的扭矩强度,铜次之,304不锈钢和镀锌最小。 In order to study the effect of different metal materials on the curing performance of anaerobic adhesive, an anaerobic adhesive was developed. The setting time and torque strength of the anaerobic adhesive in iron, copper, 304 stainless steel and galvanized bolts was tested, the results showed that the setting time of the anaerobic adhesive in copper, iron, 304 stainless steel and galvanized bolt were 3 min, 8 min, 35 min and37 min respectively; and the failure torque were 18.9 N·m, 28.8 N·m, 17.8 N·m and 20.2 N·m respectively; and the disassembly torque were 29.4 N·m,36.8 N·m, 24.5 N·m and 21.9 N·m respectively. This study showed that the promoting effect of metallic copper on the curing rate of anaerobic adhesive was the greatest, followed by the iron, 304 stainless steel and galvanization. The maximum torque strength of anaerobic adhesive was achieved on iron bolts, followed by on copper, and it was minimal on the 304 stainless steel and galvanized bolt.
