摘要
20世纪20-60年代是系统科学发展的＂第一次浪潮＂,一般系统论、控制论、信息论等系统科学理论纷纷创立和发展。在这个阶段,系统科学理论包含重要而深刻的进化思想,并表现为三条进化原理：体现进化前提的系统开放原理、系统适应的系统反馈调节原理以及系统演化发展的系统渐进分化与中心化原理,这些进化原理不仅丰富了系统科学哲学的研究内容,也为系统科学的后来发展奠定了基础。
During the first wave of system science from 1920 s to 1960 s,general system theory,cybernetics and information theory,etc,were found and developed. System theories at this stage contained significant and profound thought of evolution which was demonstrated with three principles of evolution：the principle of system opening,the principle of system feedback regulation and the principle of gradual differentiation and centralization. These principles don＇t only enrich the research of philosophy of system science,but also lays the foundation for the further development of system science.
