五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗药物流产有效性和安全性探究

Explore the efficacy and safety of treating patients after medical abortion with Wujiashenghua capsule combined misoprostol tablets

目的探讨应用五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗药物流产后患者的疗效,并观察其安全性。方法将我院收治的124例药物流产后阴道流血的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组患者给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,观察组给予五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗,2组患者均连用7 d。观察流产效果,记录出血、腹痛的消失时间,随访观察患者月经复潮情况,评价其治疗的安全性。结果 2组患者均具有良好的流产效果,观察组的完全流产率91.9%与对照组的流产率87.1%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的出血、腹痛消失时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05);有效率较对照组明显升高(P<0.05);月经复潮时间、规律性明显优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物流产后患者应用五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗疗效确切,利于改善症状,减少出血量,缩短病程,促进月经规律复潮,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of treating patients after medical abortion with Wujiashenghua capsule combined misoprostol tablets. Methods 124 patients after medical abortion were randomly divided into a control group of 62 cases and an observation group of 62 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone combined misoprostol; while patients in the observation group were treated with Wujiashenghua capsule capsule combined misoprostol tablets, 7 days for treatment. This paper was focus on observing the effect of abortion after treatment, evaluating the improvement of bleeding and abdominal pain, recording the disappear time of symptoms, observing the menstruation, and evaluating the safety of the treatment. Results Two groups of patients had good effect of abortion, the observation group complete abortion rate was 91.9%, and the control group the abortion rate was 87.1%, the difference was not significant（P〉 0.05）; The improvement of bleeding and abdominal pain symptoms for observation group of patients was much more obvious than that for the control group of patients, and the disappearance time was more shorter than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）; The efficiency for patients in the observation group is 90.3%, which was higher than that in the control group was 72.6%（P〈 0.05）; Observation group of patients with double tide time and regularity of menstruation were obviously better than of the control group patients（P〈 0.05）; The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.8%, while for patients in the control group was 19.4%（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treating patients after medical abortion with Wujiashenghua capsule combined misoprostol tablets has curative effect. The therapy is good to improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, less blood loss, shorten the course of the disease, promote the menstruation rule double tide, which has high safety, is worthy of clinical research.
