摘要
目的:构建我国制药企业产品经理的岗位胜任力模型。方法:通过文献分析法、工作日志法、结合问卷初步获得产品经理的岗位胜任力要素,在此基础上用问卷调查法对一般组和绩优组的产品经理进行调查,对结果使用SPSS 18.0进行分析。结果与结论:构建了由技能/能力、知识、职业素养三个维度,8项胜任力要素组成的我国制药企业产品经理的岗位胜任力模型。
Objective: To establish the post competency model for product manager in pharmaceutical enterprises in China. Methods: The post competency elements for product manager were preliminarily obtained through literature analysis and work log method combined with questionnaires. Based on the post competency elements, the questionnaire survey was made to investigate the product managers of the general group and the excellent group. The results were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0. Results and Conclusion: The post competency model for product manager in pharmaceutical enterprises was established, which consisted of 3 dimensions(skills/competencies, knowledge, and professionalism) and 8 competency elements.
