摘要
低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)作为一种非侵入性的治疗方法逐渐用于临床,其能量强度低且以脉冲的形式输出,主要依靠其空化效应和机械效应发挥作用。LIPUS相应的分子生物学机制主要包含与其相关的信号传导通路、基因表达、血管生成和干细胞分化等。随着对其机制研究的不断深入,LIPUS将更广泛地应用于疾病治疗之中。本文主要综述LIPUS在骨骼、泌尿、软组织、神经等系统中治疗的应用进展。
Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS), as a noninvasive therapeutic method, is gradually being used in clinic. LIPUS has low energy intensity and outputs in the form of pulses, which mainly depends on its cavitation effect and mechanical effect.The major corresponding molecular biology mechanisms of LIPUS include the related signal transduction pathway, gene expression, angiogenesis and stem cell differentiation. With the continuous exploration on its mechanism, LIPUS will be more widely used in the treatment of diseases. Herein the application of LIPUS in the skeletal, urinary, soft tissue and nervous system are expounded.
