Business Thinking and Technical Judgement in Intellectual Property Trail

本文从商业助推了知识产权审判、我国知识产权审判理念的发展、知识产权审判的程序推进与实体探索三个方面对我国知识产权发展与保护的问题进行了分析,并在文章结尾部分提出了作者的思考和建议。

This paper analyzes the development and protection of intellectual property right in China from three aspects. First, how business boosts intellectual property trials. Second, the development of the concept of intellectual property trial. Third, the exploration and development of intellectual property trial on both procedural and substantive grounds. Last part of this paper is the author＇s reflections and suggestions.
