中车株洲所的创新发展与知识产权之路

Innovation Development and Intellectual Property Right of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute

改革开放40年,中车株洲所,从一个完全依靠国家事业经费的小研究所,发展成为一个现代化的大型科技企业,创新发展发挥了至关重要的作用。本文回顾了中车株洲所依靠创新实现产业大发展的历程,总结出"科技立所、产业兴所、资本强所"的企业"精气神",梳理、拓印出支持创新发展的知识产权工作的初心、路径和方法。

In the 40 years of reform and opening–up of China, CRRC Zhuzhou Institute, it was once a little institute with all its operation expenses coming from governmental finance budget, and now it has become a large modernized and technology-oriented enterprise, and development through innovation played a key function.The history of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute realized the great development of industry by means of innovation is reviewed in this paper, and the enterprise＇s vitality and energy on development, i.e. ＂establishing by technology, thriving by industry, being strong by capital＂, are summarized, and the company＇s origin, route and solution of intellectual property work for supporting the innovation and development of the enterprise are found out.
