摘要
本文通过计算机模拟研究了真空灌注成型(VARTM)工艺中导流网宽度变化和夹层结构沟槽设计对充模过程的影响,模拟结果表明:树脂充填时间随着导流网宽度减少而增加;导流网宽度设置为600mm并采用增加脱模布在模具上的宽度的方式增加平面树脂流动时间从而使厚度方向上的树脂渗透更加充分;夹层结构中沟槽的设计有效提高了充模效率;随着沟槽的增加,夹层材料表层纤维面板充填时间先减少后增加,而底层纤维面板充填时间明显减少;上下表面均有沟槽的模型底层不同区域树脂填充时间差异很小,可以有效减少缺陷的产生。
Through computer simulation,the influence made by the changes of flow medium width and the groove de-sign of sandwich structureon the mold filling process were studied in the vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) process. The simulation results showed that the resin filling time increased with flow medium width decreasing. When the width of the flow mediumwas set to 600mm, it was used to increase the resin flow time in the plane and thus there was more resin permeationin the direction of the thickness by adding the width of the molding cloth on the mold. The design of grooves in sandwich structure effectively improved the mold filling efficiency, With the increase of the groove, the filling time of the surface fiber panel of the sandwich material decreased first then increased, while the filling time of the bottom fiber panel decreased significantly. There waslittle difference in filling time between different areas of bottom surface when grooves set in both the surface and bottom, which can effectively reduce the defects.
