中性粒细胞CD64、急性时相反应蛋白及可溶性黏附分子在新生儿败血症中的检测价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究中性粒细胞CD64、急性时相反应蛋白及可溶性黏附分子在新生儿败血症中的检测价值。方法选取2013年2月—2016年10月期间中山大学附属第一医院东院收治的56例败血症新生儿为观察组,同期56例健康新生儿为对照组,然后检测两组新生儿的中性粒细胞CD64、急性时相反应蛋白及可溶性黏附分子水平,比较两组的上述指标检测结果;并将观察组中不同类型、发病时间及分期患儿的检测结果进行比较;用logistic回归分析上述研究指标与新生儿败血症的关系。结果观察组患儿的中性粒细胞CD64、急性时相反应蛋白及可溶性黏附分子水平均高于对照组,且早产儿高于足月儿,早发型高于晚发型,急性期高于恢复期;且经logistic回归分析显示,上述研究指标均与新生儿败血症密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中性粒细胞CD64、急性时相反应蛋白及可溶性黏附分子在新生儿败血症中的呈现高表达状态,且不同类型、发病时间及分期患儿的检测结果也存在明显差异,上述指标均与本病有密切的关系,应加强对败血症新生儿上述指标的监测与调控。 Objective To study the detection value of neutrophil CD64, acute phase reaction proteins and soluble adhesion mol- ecules in the newborns with septicemia. Methods 56 newborns with septicemia in the hospital from February, 2013 to October, 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 56 healthy newborns were selected as the control group. The neutrophil CD64, a- cute phase reaction proteins and soluble adhesion molecules levels of two groups were detected. And those detection results of observa- tion group with different types, onset time and stages were compared. Then the relationship among those study indexes and newborns with septicemia were analyzed with the logistic regression analysis. Results The neutrophil CD64, acute phase reaction proteins and soluble adhesion molecules levels of observation group were all higher than those of control group, and the levels of newborns with pre- mature were all higher than those of full-term infants. The levels of newborns with early-onset were all higher than those of newborns with late-inset. The levels of newborns at acute stage were all higher than those of newborns at convalescent stage. Logistic regression analysis showed that they all had close relationship with the newborns with septicemia with statistical significantly difference. Conclu- sion The neutrophil CD64, acute phase reaction proteins and soluble adhesion molecules in the newborns with septicemia show higher expression state. The detection results of newborns with different types, onset time and stages have obvious differences too. So those indexes all have close relationship with the disease, so those indexes of newborns with septicemia should be monitored and controlled.
