关节镜下前交叉韧带重建手术治疗进展

Progress of Arthroscopy in the Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

近年来,随着多发伤患者的增多,前交叉韧带的损伤也比较常见。目前,关节镜下前交叉韧带的重建术是治疗此类患者最常用的方法。但是,临床上在手术时机、手术方式、移植物选择及固定方式等方面均存在争议。鉴于此,本文结合国内外相关文献从前述几方面进行综合阐述,为进一步优化关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术奠定基础。

In recent years, with the increase of multiple trauma patients, the injury of anterior cruciate ligament is also common. At present, arthroscopic reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） is the most common method for the treatment of such pa- tients. However, there are controversies in the operation time, mode of operation, selection of graft and the way of fixation. This ar- ticle makes a brief review on those questions to provide some references to treat ACL injury.
