国外传统医学融合中的卫生人力资源研究

摘要 文章通过对国外传统医学融合中的卫生人力资源问题进行分析,为我国医疗卫生事业管理提供参考。首先界定传统医学与现代西方医学融合的概念,并发现在融合实践中,可能会伴随多层面冲突,医生层面需要建立多向沟通渠道以提高沟通质量。其次要对传统医学从业者的资质和合法性进行界定,其依据包括学术资质但更重要的是治疗效果评价。患者在多元医学体系选择时注重医生对其社会及精神层面需求的满足。 The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the management of medical health services in China through the analysis of the problems of health human resources in the integration of traditional medicine in foreign countries.First of all,fusion of traditional medicine and modern western medicine has been defined in the paper.Multi-level conflicts might accompany the practice of integration,therefore,physicians need to improve the effectiveness of communication via multiple communication channels.Secondly,the qualifications and legitimacy of traditional medicine practitioners need to be defined,which should include academic qualifications,and more importantly,the evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness.Patients are likely to focus on whether their own social and spiritual needs can be met by physicians in the choice among multiple medical systems.
