摘要
为了获得一株饲用的高效降解赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的芽孢杆菌菌株,试验通过平板扩散法和酶联免疫法进行筛选,并对降解率较高的菌株进行种属鉴定、性质和产酶情况研究。结果表明:通过筛选共得到7株功能菌,其中菌株Y-1d的降解率最高,经菌落菌体形态、16S rDNA序列分析和生理生化鉴定确定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis);该菌株在p H值为4.5-6.5、温度为27-47℃的范围内生长良好,对胆盐有一定的耐受性,能够产生淀粉酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶。说明试验获得一株性质优良的可用于饲用的赤霉烯酮降解菌株。
The aim of the present study was to obtain a Bacillus strain that could be used to efficiently degrade zearalenone.The strains were screened by plate diffusion and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. And then the strain with higher degradation rate was studied on species i- dentification, properties and enzyme production. The results showed that seven strains of functional bacteria were obtained by screening, among which the degradation rate of strain Y-ld was the highest.The strain was identified as Bacillus subtilis by colony morphology, 16S rDNA se- quence analysis and physiological and biochemical identification.The strain grew well in the range of pH 4. 5-6.5 and temperature 27-47 ~C and had certain tolerance to porcine bile salt. Moreover, it could also produce amylase, cellulase, protease and lipase. The results indicated that a Bacillus subtilis strain which could be used to degrade zearalenone had been obtained, and the strain had excellent propertiesin feed.
