胎教音乐、早教音乐和儿童音乐对奶牛部分产奶性能指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of prenatal education music,early childhood music and children’s music on milk performance of diary cows

摘要 为了讨论胎教音乐、早教音乐和儿童音乐对奶牛部分产奶性能指标的影响,试验将新疆伊犁中洲公司巴彦岱牛场的2胎或3胎、产奶量接近、饲养管理水平完全相同的健康中国荷斯坦泌乳牛64头随机分成4组,每组16头,胎教音乐组、早教音乐组、儿童音乐组分别播放胎教音乐、早教音乐、儿童音乐;对照组不放音乐,常规饲养,测定奶牛产奶量、乳脂含量、乳蛋白含量、乳糖含量等乳成分指标。结果表明:胎教音乐和早教音乐可以增加奶牛产奶量,儿童音乐降低奶牛产奶量。0-60 d,儿童音乐组乳糖、乳蛋白含量极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),胎教音乐组乳蛋白含量显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),乳脂含量各组之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。说明胎教音乐和早教音乐是适合奶牛聆听的音乐,儿童音乐作用不明显。 The aim of the present study was to discuss the effects of prenatal education music, early childhood music and children' s music on the milk performance of dairy cows. A total of 64 healthy Chinese Holstein lactating cattle of Xinjiang Yili Zhongzhou Company were randomly divided into 4 groups (prenatal education music group, early childhood music group, children' s musie group and control group), 16 in each group. The milk production of these 2-3 parity cows was close and the level of raising and management was the same. The prenatal education music, early childhood music and children' s music were played in the groups. The music was not played in the control group, which was routinely fed. The in- dexes of milk yield, milk fat rate, milk protein rate and lactose were measured. The results showed that the prenatal music and early education mu- sic could increase milk production of dairy cows, but the children' s music could reduce milk production of cows. The milk lactose and milk protein of children' s music group were extremely lower than that of control group(P〈O.O1 ), milk protein of prenatal education music group was signifi- cantly lower than that of control group( P〈O,05), three kinds of music have no significant effect on milk fat( P〉0.05 ).The results indicated that the prenatal music and early education music were suitable for cows to listen, but the effect of children' s music was not obvious.
