嘉积鸭生长性能的测定及相关分析

为了掌握嘉积鸭的生长特点和肉用特性,更好地对嘉积鸭进行开发和利用,试验选择90日龄嘉积鸭30只（公、母鸭各半）,测定了体重、体尺和屠宰性能指标,并进行了相关性分析。结果表明：嘉积鸭公鸭活体重极显著高于母鸭（P〈0.01）,公鸭体尺性状明显高于母鸭。嘉积鸭母鸭主要屠宰性能指标（如屠体重、全净膛重、半净膛重）与体尺指标中的龙骨长、骨盆宽和胫长相关性较强;公鸭主要屠宰性能指标（如屠体重、全净膛重、半净膛重）与体尺指标中的胸深、骨盆宽和胫围相关性较强。

To investigate the growth and meat characteristics of muscovy duck, and then to develop and utilize muscovy duck better. The weight, body size and slaughter performance of 30 muscovy ducks （ male and female were equal） were measured, and the correlation analysis among these traits was performed. The results showed that the body weight of mate muscovy duck was significantly higher than that of female duck（ P〈 0. O1 ）. The body size of female muslovy duck was higher than that of male duck. The main slaughter performance indexes （ such as slaughter weight, eviscerated weight and semi-eviscerated weight）of the female muscovy ducks were positively correlated with the length of keel, the width of pelvis and the length of shank.There was an extremely significant correlation between the slaughter performance index （ such as slaugh- ter weight, eviscerated weight and semi-eviscerated weight） and the chest depth, the pevis width and shank circumference of the male duck.
