胰腺肿瘤患者信息需求水平现状及影响因素分析 被引量:6

The status quo and influencing factors of information needs in pancreatic tumor patients

摘要 目的 探讨胰腺肿瘤患者信息需求水平现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 收集于2015年6月—2017年10月在长春市某三甲综合性医院住院治疗的胰腺肿瘤患者120例,采用一般资料调查表、信息需求自评量表(INAS)及疼痛程度数字评估量表(NRS)对入组胰腺肿瘤患者进行调查.采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析 患者信息需求水平的影响因素.结果 胰腺肿瘤患者信息需求平均得分为(123.63±18.05)分.年龄、文化程度、治疗方式、疼痛分级是胰腺肿瘤患者信息需求水平的影响因素(P〈0.05).结论 胰腺肿瘤患者存在较高水平的信息需求,医务工作者应给予重视,并根据患者实际情况,进行有针对性的个体化信息支持. Objective To explore the status quo of information needs in pancreatic tumor patients and analyze the influencing factors. Methods Totally 120 pancreatic tumor patients who were hospitalized and treated in a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Changchun from June 2015 to October 2017 were selected and investigated with the general information questionnaire, Information Need Assessment Scale (INAS) and Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The average score of information needs in these pancreatic tumor patients was (123.63± 18.05). The influencing factors included age, educational level, treatment protocol and pain level (P〈 0.05). Conclusions Pancreatic tumor patients show higher needs for information. Medical workers shall pay attention to their information needs and provide targeted and individualized information support based on their actual situation.
