摘要
通过随机抽样的方法，对Z市11个区的4603位教师进行问卷调查，了解Z市幼儿园教师未来十五年对个人专业发展、薪酬福利待遇、园所环境变化的需求。在问卷调查的基础上，研究者为Z市政府提供相关建议，以满足幼儿园教师中长期发展需求，加强幼儿园教师队伍建设。
Using random sampling and questionnaire, the authors investigated 4603 kindergarten teachers from 11 districts and explored their demands for personal professional development, salary and benefits, and environment change of the kindergarten. Based on the results of the research, the authors provide some suggestions to satisfy teachers＇ medium and long term demands and promote teachers＇ development.
