摘要
为了研究藏羊自然繁殖多胎的遗传基础,试验采集祁连县不同种公羊群体血样350份,检测BMPR-IB基因突变位点。结果表明:共检出GA型9只,AA型341只,基因型频率分别为0.026和0.974,G和A基因频率分别为0.013和0.987,未发现GG型纯合基因。说明高原型藏羊种公羊群体中存在BMPR-IB基因Fec B突变,在进一步验证与藏羊多胎繁殖相关性的基础上,可作为多胎型藏羊分子辅助选育标记。
The objective of this study was to investigate the genetic basis in natural reproductive multiplets of Tibetan sheep. A total of 350 blood samples were collected from different kinds of breeding rams in Qilian county to detect the mutations locus of BMPR-IB gene using HRM method. Results showed that 9 rams of GA genotype and 341 rams of AA genotype were detected. The genotype frequencies were 0. 026 and 0. 974, respectively. Moreover, G and A frequencies were 0. 013 and 0. 987, and no GG homozygous gene was found. The results indicated that the FecB mutation of BMPR-IB gene existed in breeding rains of plateau type Tibetan sheep, which can be used as the molecular assisted breeding markers for multiple Tibetan sheep on the basis of further validation of the correlation with multiple reproduction in Tibetan sheep.
