美国舰船钛合金海水管路设计考虑与陆上试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 美国海军在舰船海水管路上应用钛合金,提升了海水管路的耐腐蚀性能,降低了维护成本。本文分析了采用钛合金海水管路带来的好处,总结了美军在钛合金管路设计上的考虑,研究了美军舰船钛合金海水管路陆上试验情况以及后续的上舰应用情况。 The U.S. Navy applies titanium alloy to the seawater piping systems of ships, which improves the corrosion resistance of seawater pipelines and reduce the maintenance cost. In this paper, the advantages of the titanium alloy seawater pipeline are analyzed. The design consideratin of the titanium alloy seawater pipeline is summarized. The land test of the ti-tanium alloy seawater pipeline and the following application in ships are also studied.
