Construction of Offshore Units and Marine Ships Viewed from Multiple Aspects of Coatings Application

通过对所采用的参考标准、涂层体系(配套)、表面缺陷区域的处理、表面处理、热浸镀锌的厚度、施工环境、人员资格和涂层担保等方面的对比,从涂装的多个角度分析了海洋工程结构与船舶建造的不同之处,说明了海工建造的要求高于船舶建造。

This paper analyzes the differences between the manufacturing of offshore units and marine ships from multiple aspects of coatings application through comparison of the reference standards,（supporting） coatings systems, surface imperfection treatment, surface treatment, thickness of hot-dip galvanizing, application environment, personnel qualification and coatings guarantee, showing that the requirement for offshore units is higher than that for marine ships.
