摘要
介绍了一种工程机械用高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的制备方法,重点阐述了高固低黏羟基树脂和固化剂的筛选过程,并对纳米填料的最佳添加量进行了讨论,同时对分散剂、防沉剂种类和作用机理进行了简单分析。制备的涂料不仅性能满足客户与行业标准要求,而且施工黏度下VOC含量符合国家环保要求,具有广阔的市场前景和经济效益。
This paper introduces a method of preparing high solid acrylic polyurethane coatings for engineering machinery. The process of high solid and low viscosity resin and curing agent selection is emphasized. The optimum additive amount of nanometer filler is discussed. At the same time, a simple analysis of the types and mechanisms of dispersants and anti-settling agents is conducted. The final coatings meet the requirements of customer and industry standards, and the VOC content in the construction is in line with the national environmental requirements. This kind of coatings has broad market prospects and economic benefit.
