摘要
通过选取多种HDI型和IPDI型水性异氰酸酯固化剂,与同一种羟基树脂进行混合,通过对清漆涂膜的凝胶分率、干燥性能、物理性能、化学性能以及—NCO浓度的测试以及对比,筛选出能满足不同水性聚氨酯涂料体系需求的水性异氰酸酯固化剂产品。
By selecting a variety of HDI and IPDI waterborne isocyanate curing agents and mixing them with the same waterborne polyurethane resin, through testing and comparison of clear films' gel fractions, drying performance, physical properties, chemical properties and —NCO concentrations, a waterborne isocyanate curing agent is screened out to meet the requirements of different waterborne polyurethane coatings systems.
