The role of cationic microgel in electrophoresis coatings and its application principle are introduced. Research shows that such microgel is conducive to preparing electrophoresis coatings capable of preventing corrosion of parts＇ edges. Meanwhile, such electrophoresis coatings can be easily produced and can form films with good plump and smooth surfaces.
