葛兰西在国家政治中提出"同意"的概念,认为统治阶级要想获得革命的胜利,意识形态的领导权,即同意必不可少。布洛威借此概念指出,在资本主义劳动过程中制造"同意"的三个方面,即:"超额游戏"、内部劳动市场和内部国家。在其他领域对"同意"的制造过程中,显现出其局限性和制造所需的要求,而思考如何"因地制宜"地制造"同意",将这种"互动"作为一种治理策略究竟是一种对概念的拓展还是"泛化"更值得去探究。
