现实主义安全研究

随着时代的发展,安全的概念产生了变化并得到了丰富和拓展。对于安全的研究也渐渐得以完善。国际关系理论一直以来都关注行为体的安全并试图从自己的视角提供研究安全的路径供国家进行选择和使用。作为经典的国际关系理论,现实主义提供了其观察和研究安全的路径,无论是以古典现实主义为代表的一派所着眼的"不满足安全追求者"还是以结构现实主义为代表的一派着眼的"安全追求者",安全的概念被赋予了不同的定义,与此相随的"安全困境"问题也成为学者日益关注的焦点之一。在现实主义范式中,其主要两大理论流派对于什么是安全的主体以及怎样获取安全有着不同的认知。随着历史的发展,两大理论流派所关注的焦点和提供的视角是否能够得以融合并完善现实主义安全观值得期待。现试图对现实主义安全观加以概括和梳理,并结合两大理论的特点研究相互补充和完善的原因以及愿景。

With the development of international relations, the concept of security- has changed and been enriched and expanded. The research on security is gradually improving. The theory of international relations has always been concerned about the securiU of the behavior body and tries to provide a safe path for the country to choose from its own perspective. As one of the classic theories of international relations, realism provides its security observation and research path,whether they are represented by classical realism which focuses on ＂ungratified pursuers＂ or represented by structural realism which focuses on ＂security of pursuers＂, the definition of the concept of security- is endowed differently, along with it ＂security- dilemma＂ problem has increasingly become the focus of scholars. In the realistic paradigm, the two main schools of the theory have different cognition on what is the subject of securiU and how to obtain security. With the development of history, it is worth expecting to see whether the focus and perspective provided by the two schools of the theory can be integrated and advance the realistic securiU concept. In this paper, the author tries to summarize and comb the realistic securiU concept, and combine the characteristics of the two theories to study- the reasons and the vision of complementarity and perfection.
