摘要
对800 MPa级汽车大梁钢剪切开裂部位的钢板组织性能以及开裂的成因进行了试验与分析。结果表明:剪切面裂纹及其附近未见明显的夹杂及组织异常,其各项性能指标良好。通过对裂纹起源以及裂纹发展的影响因素的分析,提出了有利于避免剪切裂纹发生与扩展的有效措施。
The microstructures and cracks cause of steel slabs of 800 MPa grade steel girder are tested and analyzed.The results show that there are no obvious inclusions and abnormalities in the cracks and cracks near the shear plane. Theinfluence factors of the crack-origin and crack-development are analyzed, the effective measures to avoid the occurrenceand propagation of shear crack is put forward.
