摘要
通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、热酸蚀检验、断口分析、金相分析等方法对火车电机轴内部缺陷产生的原因进行分析。结果表明:火车电机轴超声波探伤超标缺陷是电机轴的内部裂纹,这种内部裂纹是零件含氢量过高引起的白点缺陷。
The cause for internal defects of train motor shaft are analyzed by means of macroscopic examination, chemical analysis, hot acid etching test, fracture analysis, metallographic analysis and so on. The results show that the ultrasonicdefect is the internal crack in the motor shaft, and which is " white spot " caused by the excessive hydrogen content of theparts.
