摘要
针对高速钢轧辊加工难度大,加工效率低等问题,从高速钢轧辊特点、刀具材质、机床性能、加工工艺以及使用等方面进行阐述,明确了刀具选型、加工工艺、机床要求和轧辊使用等要素对高速钢轧辊应用的影响。
In view of the difficulty and low efficiency of high-speed steel roll processing, this paper expounds thecharacteristics of high-speed steel roll, tool material, machine tool performance, processing technology and use, etc.. Theinfluence of cutting tool selection, processing technology, machine tool requirements and roll usage on the application ofhigh speed steel roll is clarified.
