职业院校大学生心理资本现状调查与思考

On Psychological Capital Status of Students in Vocational Colleges

高素质技能型人才的培育对国家工业化进程的推进和产业结构的升级意义重大。在此背景下,高职学生综合素质的提升尤为重要,而心理资本是提升学生综合素质的关键因素。以山西省某职业院校为例,分析了大学生的心理资本状况,发现高职学生的心理资本水平总体偏低;性别和学生干部经历对其心理资本具有显著积极影响;人口社会特征可以解释心理资本水平变异的8.3%。针对研究发现,提出了重视高职学生心理健康教育、营造积极向上的校园文化氛围、指导学生制定职业规划、重视对女学生以及无学生干部工作经历学生的心理资本培育等四点对策建议。

The cultivation of high - quality skilled talents is of great significance to the advancement of the country＇s industrialization process and the upgrading of industrial structure. Under such a background, it is very important to enhance the overall quality of students in higher vocational colleges, and psychological capital is the key factor to improve it. Taking a vocational college in Shanxi as an example, the article analyzes the psychological capital of college students. The study found that vocational students＇ psychological capital is generally low; gender and cadre experience have a significant impact on their psychological capital; demographic characteristics can explain 8. 3% of students＇ psychological capital variation. Based on the findings, the paper proposes four suggestions.
