肿瘤科护士姑息照护继续教育课程的实施效果研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的设计针对肿瘤科护士的姑息照护继续教育课程,并评价其实施效果。方法采用自身前后对照设计,于2016年4—5月,对上海市45家医院的45名肿瘤科护士予以姑息照护继续教育培训,课程内容包括疼痛及其他症状的管理、沟通技巧、死亡教育、哀伤辅导及伦理问题等,共计40课时。培训前后采用姑息照护知识问卷(palliative care quiz for nursing,PCQN)和Bradley态度评估量表进行测评。结果培训后肿瘤科护士的PCQN总得分高于培训前(P <0. 05),但姑息照护哲理与原则、心理社会和精神支持2个维度差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);培训后肿瘤科护士的Bradley态度评估量表总得分高于培训前(P <0. 05),但专业职责和角色、姑息照护的有效性2个维度差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论针对肿瘤科护士的姑息照护继续教育课程能有效改善肿瘤科护士的姑息照护知识和态度,具有实施的必要性及临床推广价值,但仍需进一步完善。 Objective To evaluate the implementation ettects of a continuing education programme of palliative nursing care designed to improve ontology nurses' knowledge and attitudes. Methods A repeated measure design was performed in 45 ontology nurses from 45 hospitals in Shanghai from April to May 2016. The course content comprised pain and symptom management, communication strategies, loss, grief and bereavement, ethical and legal issues, etc. The data were collected using the palliative care quiz tot nursing (PCQN) and an end-of-lite attitudes survey. Results The overall PCQN score was significantly higher alter education than betore education (P 〈 0.05 ) , but philosophy and principle of palliative care and psychosocial and spiritual support had no significant ditterence. There was also a significant improvement in attitudes of participants (P 〈 0.05 ), but protessional responsibilities and roles and ettectiveness of palliative care had no significant ditterence. Conclusion The continuing education program could produce significant positive changes in knowledge and attitudes towards palliative care among ontology nurses.
