摘要
目的通过深入访谈,了解护理本科生在《内科护理学》基于慕课的翻转课堂教学中的学习体验,为进一步完善课程提供依据。方法于2016年10—11月,对17名护理本科生进行个人深入访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析。结果本科护生在教学中的体验可归纳2方面:收获及挑战。其中收获包括养成自主学习的习惯、体验个性化的学习、加深知识的理解及记忆、增强求知欲及提高学习的参与度;挑战包括学习时间增加、知识点提炼困难、对新课程模式的不适应及知识缺乏系统性。结论课程有助于提高学生的自主学习能力及提升学习的效果,在后续课程中将通过加强对学生的指导及课程内容的建设进一步完善该教学模式。
Objective To explore the learning experience of bachelor nursing students in a MOOCs-based flipped classroom in medical nursing course. Methods Individual in-depth interviews were conducted with 17 nursing students and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method during October to November 2016. Results Two categories were extracted flom the data: gains and challenges. Gains include the form of self - regulated learning habit, better understanding of the knowledge and increased learning initiatives, etc challenges encountered include increased study time, difficulties of key knowledge extraction and poor adaptation to the new teaching mode, etc. Conclusion The course may increase the students' self-regulated learning ability and learning effects ; further support tor students and renew of the curriculum design is needed.
