保障农村妇女土地权益的法律思考

Legal thinking about protection of land rights of rural women on the background of harmonious society

农村妇女土地权益问题直接影响农村社会的和谐稳定,为及时化解矛盾冲突,构建和谐农村,亟需妥善解决。现从法律视角提出相应对策,主要有增设土地承包经营权分割的权利;建立民间法的审查机制;提高基层组织中的表决权等,从而为相关政策决策提供参考。

Rural women＇s land rights issues directly affectingthe rural social harmony and stability .In order to resolve conflicts, constructing the harmonious countryside, those issuesearnestly needs to be solved. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the legal perspective, weshould enhance the rural women＇s divide right on raw landcontracting management right as they get married, and establish the review mechanism for village regulations and folk law,improve rural women right in the village grassroots organizations such as the voting right etc. this paper may provide somereference for policy decision-making.
