摘要
随着经济全球化和国际竞争的加强,传统单一的国际经济与贸易人才培养模式难以适应创新人才的需要。笔者基于必要性和现实困境,分析了国外大学用学科交叉模式培养国际经济与贸易创新人才的实践经验,并结合我国实际,提出了优化专业设置、人才培养方案、课程体系和教学考核方式方面的学科交叉国际经济与贸易创新人才提升对策。
Based on the necessity and realistic predicament,this paper analyzes the foreign universities＇ cultivating experience of international economic and trade creative talents withthe interdisciplinary mode, and puts forward the Countermeasures including optimizing specialty setting, talent trainingscheme, course system and teaching assessment method.
