摘要
以N-甲基吡唑和溴代正丁烷为原料,采用超声波辅助法合成了离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐([Bmim]Br).通过正交设计考察了超声波功率、摩尔比(N-甲基咪唑∶溴代正丁烷)、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率的影响,并通过IR、~1HNMR和^(13)CNMR对产物进行了结构表征.结果表明:较优的合成条件是超声波功率400 W,摩尔比为1∶1.10,反应时间45 min,反应温度80℃.
An ionic liquid,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([Bmim]Br) was synthesized from N-methylimidazole and 1-butylbromide by using ultrasonic-assisted method.The ultrasonic power,mole ratio(N-methylimidazole ∶1-butylbromide),reaction temperature and reaction time on the product yield were investigated by orthogonal design.And then the IR,1 HNMR and (13) CNMR spectrum of product were measured and discussed.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the ultrasonic power was 400 W,the mole ratio of N-methylimidazole to 1-butyl bromide was 1∶1.10,the reaction time was 45 min,the reaction temperature was 80 ℃.
