摘要 大飞机机身、机翼、壁板等部件的装配连接是飞机大部件装配的主要工作。在制造智能化和数字化发展的过程中,机身、机翼、壁板等部件基于蒙皮进行自动制孔与连接,这一过程中新技术不断被应用但还没有形成完整的体系。通过对现有技术状态进行分析,梳理大部件装配中蒙皮装配连接的整个过程,分析各个环节中技术的优缺点,提出了整体思路和解决方案,对更好地开展大飞机数字化制造具有参考作用。 Assembly and connection of some parts such as fuselage,wings and wainscot are main work of the aircraft parts assembly. During the development process of manufacture becoming gradually intelligent and digital,these parts are automatically made and connected based on the aircraft skin. The new technology has been applied but have not formed a complete system. This paper analyzed statusof the current technology,clarified the whole process of the skin cover assembly connection during assembly of large parts,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in each links of the technology,presented the overall thought and solution,which could provide a reference for developing digital manufacturing of large aircraft well.
