飞金止痛涂膜剂外治痹证的临床研究

Clinical study on Feijin odynolysis plastics in external treatment of arthralgia syndrome

目的探讨飞金止痛涂膜剂外治不同类型肢体筋络痹证的临床疗效。方法 2937例痹证患者根据性质不同分为行痹678例、痛痹658例、着痹532例、热痹524例和久痹545例。不同类型的痹证均采用飞金祛痛涂膜剂用棉签均匀涂抹在疼痛部位,覆盖疼痛范围的标准以疼痛中心点为参照,向外均匀涂抹半径5~7 cm的面积,干燥后10min后再涂抹1遍,反复涂抹3~4遍,每日3次,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。于治疗前后观察各证型疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍的变化情况,检测血清类风湿因子、C反应蛋白的含量及红细胞沉降率,评价其临床疗效。结果各证总有效率行痹为97.35%,痛痹为96.81%,着痹为95.30%,热痹为87.02%,久痹为84.40%。行痹、痛痹、着痹总有效率分别与热痹和久痹比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。行痹、痛痹、着痹的疼痛、肿胀、压痛、功能障碍积分及类风湿因子、C反应蛋白含量、红细胞沉降率均低于热痹和久痹,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论飞金止痛涂膜剂外治不同性质的痹证临床疗效存在一定差别,行痹、痛痹、着痹疗效优于热痹和久痹。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Feijin odynolysis plastics in the external treatment of different types of arthralgia syndromes of limbs collaterals.Methods 2937 cases of arthralgia syndrome were divided into 678 cases of migratory arthralgia,658 cases of pain arthralgia,532 cases of fixed arthralgia,524 cases of heat arthralgia and 545 cases of lingering arthralgia according to their natures.The different types of arthralgia syndromes were evenly smeared on the pain site with Feijin odynolysis plastics by cotton swabs. The standard for covering the range of pain was to refer to the center of the pain and evenly apply an area with a radius of 5 to 7 cm to the outside.After 10 minutes of drying,the pain site was smeared once again,and then repeatedly smearing 3 to 4 times with 3 times a day.The changes of pain,swelling,tenderness and dysfunction of different types of arthralgia syndromes were observed before and after treatment.Meanwhile,serum rheumatoid factors,C-reactive proteins and erythrocyte sedimentation rates of all groups were detected,and clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of migratory arthralgia was 97. 35%,pain arthralgia was 96. 81%,fixed arthralgia was95. 30%,heat arthralgia was 87.02% and lingering arthralgia was 84.40%.The total effective rate of migratory arthralgia,pain arthralgia and fixed arthralgia was respectively compared with that of the heat arthralgia and lingering arthralgia,difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）.The scores of pain,swelling,tenderness and dysfunction as well as rheumatoid factors,C-reactive protein content and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the migratory arthralgia,the pain arthralgia and the fixed arthralgia were all lower than those of heat arthralgia and lingering arthralgia,difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion There are some differences in the clinical effects of Feijin odynolysis plastics on different natures of arthralgia syndromes.The curative effects of migratory arthralgia,pain arthralgia and fixed arthralgia are better than those of heat arthralgia and lingering arthralgia.
