25-羟维生素D及钙离子与子痫前期的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清25-羟维生素D水平及钙离子与子痫前期的相关性。方法 25-羟维生素D采用电化学发光法,钙离子选择电极法,分别检测90例子痫前期患者(轻度子痫前期30例,早发重度子痫前期30例和晚发重度子痫前期30例)及100名正常晚孕妇女的血清25羟维生素D水平及钙离子水平。结果子痫前期组的25-羟维生素D水平及钙离子较对照组的水平明显降低(P<0.01);重度子痫前期组的25-羟维生素D水平及钙离子较轻度子痫前期组的水平明显降低(P<0.05);早发型重度子痫前期组的25-羟维生素D水平及钙离子较晚发型重度子痫组的水平亦明显降低(P<0.05)。结论血清25-羟维生素D及钙离子的下降与子痫前期的发病密切相关,并与发病早晚及病情的严重程度有相关性。 Objective To study correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions and preeclampsia.Methods The levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions among women with preeclampsia( 30 cases of mild preeclampsia,30 cases of early-onset severe preeclampsia and 30 cases of late severe preeclampsia) and 100 normal late pregnant women were detected by electrochemiluminescence and electrode method,respectively.Results The levels of serum25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions in preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0.01).The levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions in severe preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in mild preeclampsia group( P〈0.05).In addition,the levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions in early-onset severe preeclampsia group were significantly lower than those in late-onset severe preeclampsia group( P〈0.05).Conclusion The decrease of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and calcium ions is closely related to the onset of preeclampsia,and it is related to the onset time and severity of the disease.
