臀部原始点埋线治疗臀腿疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of the treatment of hip and leg pain by embedding thread at original point of buttocks

目的探讨臀部原始点埋线治疗臀腿疼痛的临床效果。方法将66例门诊臀腿疼痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组33例,治疗组采用臀部原始点埋线治疗,对照组采用常规推拿治疗,疗程均为45天,对比观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.97%,对照组总有效率81.82%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论臀部原始点埋线治疗臀腿疼痛效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of embedding thread therapy at original point of buttocks in the treatment of hip and leg pain.Methods 66 patients with hip and leg pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated by embedding thread therapy at the original point of buttocks,while the control group were treated with conventional massage.The course of treatment of the two groups was 45 days.And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.97%,and that of the control group was 81. 82%,difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The effect of embedding thread therapy at original point of buttocks on hip and leg pain is remarkable.
