摘要
目的观察蜂针对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法选取2016年3~12月住院的糖尿病周围神经病变患者50例,随机分成两组,对照组采用依帕司他加甲钴铵联合治疗,蜂针组在对照组治疗基础上采用蜂毒注射液0.25 mg足三里注射,每日一次,持续15天。在治疗前后,对神经传导速度、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)进行检测,探讨蜂针对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。结果蜂针组腓总神经、正中神经的神经传导速度快于对照组,CAT及GSH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论蜂针能通过降低氧化应激水平来治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bee-stinging therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy( DPN).Methods 50 patients with DPN who were hospitalized in our hospital from March to December 2016 were selected and randomly into two groups: bee-stinging group and control group. The control group were treated with epalrestat combined with mecobalamin,and based on which,the bee-stinging group were given 0.25 mg of bee venom injection at Zusanli once a day for15 days.Before and after treatment,nerve conduction velocity,catalase( CAT) and glutathione( GSH) were tested to investigate the efficacy of bee-stinging therapy in the treatment of DPN.Results The nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in bee-stinging group was lower than that in control group,difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.Conclusion Bee-stinging therapy can treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy by reducing oxidative stress level with high safety.
