康莱特注射液联合SOX方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Kanglaite injection combined with SOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的探讨康莱特注射液联合SOX方案治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果。方法将48例进展期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例,两组均予替吉奥胶囊联合奥沙利铂(SOX方案)化疗,治疗组同时给予康莱特注射液。治疗2个周期后,评估治疗的有效性和安全性。结果两组的临床疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的Ⅱ度及以上骨髓抑制和腹泻的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康莱特注射液联合SOX方案治疗进展期胃癌能够获得较好的近期疗效,减轻化疗的毒副反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kanglaite injection combined with SOX regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 48 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 24 cases in each group. All patients were treated with Tigeo capsule combined with oxaliplatin（ SOX regimen）,while the treatment group were added with Kanglaite injection.After 2 cycles of treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between two groups（ P〉0.05）,and the incidences of class Ⅱ and above arrest of bone marrow and diarrhea in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with SOX regimen can gain good short-term efficacy and alleviate the toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy.
