川南临港产业集群发展存在的问题及应对策略研究

On the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of the Development of Port Industrial Clusters in South Sichuan

文章首先分析了川南经济片区发展临港产业集群的现状,然后从市场体系配套、集群合作与分工、技术人才培育与支撑、企业根植本土化、港群产业建设、企业发展软环境等方面指出存在的问题,最后针对性地提出地方政府应发挥协调作用,共同打造临港产业集群品牌,慎重选择主导与关联产业,创新港口发展模式,构建港群联动机制等应对措施。

The paper analyzed the status quo of port industrial clusters＂ development in the economic area of South Siehuan. Then, it pointed out the existing problems in the market supporting systems, cluster cooperation and division of labor, cultivation and support of technical talents, localization of enterprises, in- dustrial construction of port groups, and soft environment for enterprise development. Finally, the paper put forward that the local government should play a coordinating role to jointly build the port industry cluster brand and to prudently select leading and correlative industries. Furthermore, the government should create a new port development model and build linkage mechanism between port groups.
