地方本科院校环境工程专业人才培养方案现状与改革研究

Present Situation and Reform of Training Program of Environmental Engineering in Local Colleges and Universities

文章系统研究了国内高校环境工程专业的培养方案现状。结果表明:地方普通本科院校的培养方案与部属重点院校基本类似,但在工程类课程开设上有所欠缺。与重点高校培养方案雷同表明地方高校人才培养定位不准确。用人单位普遍关注的环境工程设计、环境问题综合分析解决等能力的培养有所欠缺。地方本科院校应当立足地方社会经济发展现状和自身条件,通过分类教学、增设企业学习环节、增强综合性设计性试验等一系列措施改进现有培养方案,培养应用型环境保护专业人才。

The present situation of the training program of environmental engineering was studied in this research. It showed that the training program in local colleges and universities was basically similar to key universities while the engineering courses lacked. This indicated that the orientation of talent training in local colleges and universities was inaccurate. It was deficient in cultivating abilities of environmental engi- neering design, comprehensive analysis and solving of environmental problems for employers. Based on current social and economic development, the local colleges and universities should improve the existing training program by a series of measures, including classified teaching, enterprise learning and enhanced comprehensive design experiments to improve current training plan and cultivate practical professionals of environmental protection.
