摘要
济南汉峪海风·海德堡被动式超低能耗绿色建筑先后被列为山东省被动式超低能耗绿色建筑示范工程和山东省新旧动能转换示范项目,是济南市首家采取德国被动式建筑技术的居住建筑,该示范区面积10.8万㎡,也是目前山东省体量最大的被动式超低能耗居住建筑,示范意义巨大。本文介绍了德国被动式建筑技术在高层居住建筑中的实践研究,并进行了各项技术实践应用及经济分析。
Jinan Hanyuhaifeng-Heidelberg has been listed as Passive and Ultra-low-energy Green Building Demonstration Project, as well as the new and old kinetic energy conversion demonstration project of Shandong Province. It is the frst project to take the German passive construction techniques of residential building in Jinan. It is also the largest passive and ultra-low-energy residential building project in Shandong Province that covers an area of 108,000 ㎡ . This paper introduces the practical research of German passive building technology in high-rise residential buildings and analyzes technical application and the economic analysis.
