威海海源公园管理房被动式低能耗建筑设计

Architectural Design of Passive and Low-energy Building of Administration Building of Weihai Haiyuan Park

威海海源公园管理房于2014年成为中德合作被动式低能耗建筑示范项目,同时是山东省首批11个省级被动式超低能耗绿色建筑试点示范项目之一、住房城乡建设部国际科技合作项目。本文针对项目设计方案进行了详细介绍,本项目的设计经验将为国内类似项目的设计提供重要的参考。

The administration building of Weihai Haiyuan Park applied for Sino-German Passive and Low-energy Demonstration Project in 2014, and it belongs to the frst 11 Pilot Projects of Passive and Ultra-low-energy Green Buildings of Shandong Province, as well as the International S＆T Cooperation Project of MOHURD. This paper introduces the design scheme of this project in details, aiming at providing the important reference to similar projects in China.
