平转法由于其施工效率高、安全性高、不中断桥下通行等优点在桥梁工程中应用越来越广泛。结合宝鸡市虢磻路跨陇海铁路立交转体工程案例,根据本项目采用新型一体式球铰支座的实际情况,系统的介绍了桥梁转体系统的组成及安装工艺,并对桥梁转体系统安装过程中关键工艺及控制点进行讨论,为今后桥梁转体项目施工提供经验。

Having the advantages of high construction efficiency, high safety and no interruption of the traffic,the horizontal rotation method is more and more widely used in bridge engineering.With the interchange swiveling construction of the Long-Hai Railway at Guopan Road of BaoJi City as a practical example,in the construction of which the new-type ball hinge pedestal is used,systematically introduced in the present paper are the composition and installation process of the bridge rotating system and the installation processes,with the key processes and control points in the process of the installation of the bridge rotating system dealt with.The paper may provide some experience for other bridge rotation construction projects in the future.
