摘要
车门关闭且锁闭信号是地铁车辆重要的载客运行条件,传统的地铁线路设计将该信号接入列车紧急制动电路,使得车门紧急解锁与紧急制动关联。列车运行过程中,因电气接触不良、行程开关故障、机械卡滞等原因,车门关闭且锁闭信号频繁丢失,严重影响行车运营效率。为提高地铁故障救援的能力及行车运营的效率,厦门地铁功能设计时将车门关闭且锁闭信号不接入列车紧急制动电路,减少地铁车辆区间停车。介绍了功能设计方案及实施情况,有利于在保证行车安全的前提下提高运营效率。
The signal for closing and locking the doors of the carriages is an important operation condition for metro trains in carrying passengers.However,in the traditional subway circuit design, the signal was connected to the train emergency brake circuit,in which case the emergency unlocking of the door was related to the emergency braking. During the operation of the train, the signal of closing and locking the door was frequently missing due to the poor electrical contact,travel switch failure,mechanical clamping and other causes,which seriously affected the operation efficiency.In order to improve the capacity of the subway rescue and operation efficiency, the signal of closing and locking the door is not connected to the emergency brake circuit of the train in the functional design of the Xiamen metro in order to reduce the inter-sectional parking of metro vehicles.Introduced in this paper are the schemes of the functional design,and the circumstances of the implementation of the project,which may help improve the operational efficiency on the premise of ensuring traffic safety.
