摘要
铁路军用移动站台板面防滑条的耐磨性能是影响履带式装备铁路装卸载效率的主要因素之一,对提高我军铁路应急机动装卸载能力和输送速度具有重要意义。在描述站台板面防滑条严重磨损、局部断裂甚至脱落等表征的基础上,通过对其主要影响因素的分析,研究提出了调整布置净间距、加大结构尺寸等调整防滑条结构、增加履带与防滑条咬合效果的对策措施。有利于提高装备装卸载效率。
The wear-resistant performance of the anti-slip strips on the surface of the mobile platform plates for military railways is one of the main factors affecting the efficiency of loading and unloading military tracked equipment by railways.The study of the wear-resistant performance of the anti-slip strips has the great importance and the far-reaching influence on improving the loading and unloading capacity,and the conveying speed of the emergency mobile loading and unloading capability of our army.Upon the basis of describing the superficial signs such as the severe wear,partial breakage or even falling off of the anti-slip strips from the platform plates,and analyzing the main influential factors,some countermeasures such as adjusting the net spacing between anti-slip strips,and amplifying the structural size are studied and put forward in the paper in order to adjust the structure of the anti-slip strips and increase the holding-on effect of the track and the anti-slip strips.The study helps improve the efficiency of loading and unloading tracked equipment by railways.
